To use our Dal Makhni Premix

add a spoonful of ghee or oil to the cooker, then add our masala rajma premix. Add 2 times the amount of water, switch off the cooker, and cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy Punjabi-style Dal Makhni served hot with roti, rice, and paratha.

Note* No need to add anything more (tomato, onion, garlic, etc.).
